Telescoping Rail

Knight’s MRES4322 Telescoping Rail travels along the RAD4110 Series Rail. The MRES4322 provides an extended reach beyond the working limits of the bridge. It is typically used in applications that need to reach around a column, underneath mezzanines, shelving, into adjacent workstations or to transfer parts into an equipment opening.
Each Telescoping Bridge must be engineered for reach and capacity requirements.

Single Limit Switch Brackets

Knight Global’s GMA1105 Single Limit Switch Brackets attaches to the RAD4110 and RAD7510 Series Rail. The brackets allow the for the attachment of a Single Omron Limit Switch (SOLD Separately) that prevents the workstation crane system from going past pre-defined limits such as; End of travel (EOT) Limits, Pick-up Locations, Drop-Off Locations, and Home Positions.

Single Limit Switch

Knight Global’s GMA1104 Single Limit Switch attaches to the RAD4110 and RAD7510 Series Rail and is typically used to prevent the workstation crane system from going past pre-defined limits such as; End of travel (EOT) Limits, Pick-up Locations, Drop-Off Locations, and Home Positions. The GMA1104 Single Limit Switch will trigger an electric signal whenever a system reaches the pre-determined point of travel.

Dual Limit Switch Brackets

Knight Global’s GMA1103 Dual Limit Switch Brackets attaches to the RAD4110 and RAD7510 Series Rail. The brackets allow for the attachment of Dual Omron Limit Switches (SOLD Separately) that prevents the workstation crane system from going past pre-defined limits such as; End of travel (EOT) Limits, Pick-up Locations, Drop-Off Locations, and Home Positions.

Dual Limit Switch

Knight Global’s GMA1102 Dual Limit Switch attaches to the RAD4110 and RAD7510 Series Rail and is typically used to prevent the workstation crane system from going past pre-defined limits such as; End of travel (EOT) Limits, Pick-up Locations, Drop-Off Locations, and Home Positions. The GMA1102 Dual Limit Switches will trigger an electric signal whenever a system reaches the pre-determined point of travel.

Limit Switch with Spring Loaded Bypass

Knight Global’s MRAA4224 Limit Switch with Spring loaded Bypass attaches to the RAD4110, RAD6110 and RAD7510 Series Rail and is typically used to prevent the workstation crane system from going past pre-defined limits such as; End of Travel (EOT) Limits, Pick-up Locations, Drop-Off Locations, and Home Positions. The MRAA4224’s Limit Switch will trigger an electric signal whenever a system reaches the pre-determined point of travel. The MRAA4224

Limit Switch

Knight Global’s MRAA4228 Limit Switch attaches to the RAD4110, RAD6110 and RAD7510 Series Rail and is typically used to prevent the workstation crane system from going past pre-defined limits such as; End of travel (EOT) Limits, Pick-up Locations, Drop-Off Locations, and Home Positions. The MRAA4228’s Limit Switch will trigger an electric signal whenever a system reaches the pre-determined point of travel.

Bridge Brace

Knight Global’s MRAA4205 Bridge Braces attach to the RAD4110, RAD6110, and RAD7510 Series Rail. Used for 24 in. , 30 in. , or 36 in. center to center bridges. Knight’s Bridge Braces are used to secure parallel rails at specific distances from each other.
If bridges are 15 ft. or more, (2) two Bridge Braces must be used.

Bridge Bumper

Knight Global’s MRAA4926 Bridge Bumper is a bolt-on design that attaches to the majority of load trolleys and end trucks, except for the low profile designs. It is typically used to avoid contact between two bridges on runways that have multiple bridges. The MRAA4926 absorbs the impact between two bridges on the same runway. (2) two bridge bumpers are required per bridge.

Rail Brake

Knight Global’s MRAA4359 Rail Brake is a bolt-on design that attaches to the majority of load trolleys and end trucks, except for the low profile designs and the TR2000 Series Rail. The MRAA4359 is typically used when the operator needs to lock a trolley or end truck from moving in the bridge or runway rail. The locking feature allows the operator to accurately
