Redundant End Cap

The MRAS6133 Redundant End Cap attaches to the end of the RAD6110 Series Rail. It is primarily used to prevent an end truck or load trolley from exiting the rail. Knight recommends the MRAA6105 End Cap with Shock for applications with high cycle times and/or all Telescoping Bridge and Servo System applications.

The MRAA6105 End Cap with Shock attaches to the end of the RAD6110 Series Rail. It absorbs up to 229 ft. lbs. of striking force from the load trolley to reduce the impact on the end cap.

Knight Global’s MRAA6104 attaches to the end of the RAD6110 series rail. It is primarily used as a dust cover for the RAD6110 rail and prevents an end truck or load trolley from exiting the rail, but is not to be used as a primary stop for the rail.

The MRES6174 Same Plane End Truck suspends Knight’s RAD6110 Single or Dual Bridges. Knight’s MRES6174 is designed to elevate the bridge to the same height as the runway. Knight’s Same Plane End Trucks Low Profile design reduces stack-up heights by 11.5 in. . Same Plane End Trucks must have a MRAA6160 Integrated Access Gate.

The MRES6135 Single or Dual Bridge Low Profile End Truck suspends Knight’s Single or Dual Bridges. It is made to run in RAD6110 runways. The MRES6135 End Truck is typically used on low profile applications where the bridge must remain perpendicular to the runway, when the precise loading or unloading of a product is required or when using a telescoping rail.

Dual Bridge Low Profile End Truck

The MRES6117 Dual Bridge Low Profile End Truck suspends Knight’s RAD4110, RAD6110, or RAD7510 Dual Bridges. It travels inside of Knight’s RAD6110 rail. The MRES6117 is typically used on low profile applications.

The MRES6128 Single Bridge Low Profile End Truck suspends Knight’s RAD4110, RAD6110, or RAD7510 Single Bridge. It travels inside of Knight’s RAD6110 rail. Filter/Regulator Bracket Assembly

Attaches to Knight’s RAD4110, RAD6110, and RAD7510 Aluminum Series Rail Systems. Knight’s MRMA4488 Filter/ Regulator Bracket Assembly controls the air flow to the workstation crane system.

Messenger Cable Hose Trolley

Carries festooning or cable for Knight’s RAD4110, RAD6110, and RAD7510 Series Overhead Aluminum Rail Systems. Knight’s MRMA4494 travels on a tag line on the side of the rail system and uses the complete length of the rail, which results in zero stack-up lengths. Alternate the “U” bolts from inside to outside when installing festoon hose. This will allow for minimal stack-up lengths.
