Mid-Rail Stop

Knight Global’s MRAA6111 Mid-Rail Stop attaches inside of the RAD6110 series rail. It is typically used to separate the working area of a bridge or runway and / or to prevent the bridge from over travel. Knight recommends The MRAA6022 Mid-Rail Stop with Shock for applications with high cycle times and/or all Telescoping Bridge and Servo System applications.

Redundant End Cap

The MRAS6133 Redundant End Cap attaches to the end of the RAD6110 Series Rail. It is primarily used to prevent an end truck or load trolley from exiting the rail. Knight recommends the MRAA6105 End Cap with Shock for applications with high cycle times and/or all Telescoping Bridge and Servo System applications.

End Cap with Shock

The MRAA6105 End Cap with Shock attaches to the end of the RAD6110 Series Rail. It absorbs up to 229 ft. lbs. of striking force from the load trolley to reduce the impact on the end cap.

End Cap

Knight Global’s MRAA6104 attaches to the end of the RAD6110 series rail. It is primarily used as a dust cover for the RAD6110 rail and prevents an end truck or load trolley from exiting the rail, but is not to be used as a primary stop for the rail.

Redundant End Cap

Knight Global’s TRN2114 Redundant End Cap attaches to the end of the TR2000 Series Rail. It is primarily used to prevent an end truck or load trolley from exiting the rail. The TRN2114 is a combination of the TRN2016 End Cap and the MRSA5070 Mid-Rail Stop.

End Cap

Knight Global’s TRN2016 End Cap attaches to the end of the TR2000 Series Rail. It is primarily used as a dust cover for the TR2000 rail. The TRN2016 End Cap prevents an end truck or load trolley from exiting the rail, but is not to be used as a primary stop for the rail. When used in conjunction with a MRSA5070 Mid-Rail Stop,

The MRAA4805 attaches to the end of the RAD7510 Series Rail. Absorbs up to 229 ft. lbs. of striking force from the load trolley to reduce the impact on the end cap. Required for applications using a Telescoping Bridge, Servo Hoist, or where the load trolley will frequently contact the end of the rail.

The MRAA4804 End Cap attaches to the end of the RAD7510 Series Rail. Not to be used as a primary stop for the rail.
