End Cap Assembly

The EMRAA7182 End Cap Assembly attaches to the end of the ERAD7000 Rail and ERail. It is primarily used to prevent a load trolley from exiting the rail.

Power Feed Redundant End Cap Assembly

The EMRAS6179 Power Feed Redundant End Cap Assembly attaches to the end of Knight’s ERail and the ERAD6000 Series Rail. It is primarily used to prevent a load trolley from exiting the rail.

ERail End Cap

The EMRAA6170 ERail End Cap attaches to the end of Knight’s ERail and prevents dust from getting inside of the rail.

End Cap with 1" NPT Air Outlet

The MHAA3019 End Cap with Air Outlet attaches to the end of the HAD3000 series rail. It is used to supply plant air to the HAD3000 rail and prevents the load trolley from exiting the rail.

End Cap or Mid-Rail Stop

The MHAA3020 End Cap or Mid-Rail Stop attaches to the HAD3000 or HAD3500 series rail. When used as a mid-rail stop, it is typically used to separate the working area of the rail. When used as an end cap it prevents the load trolley from exiting the rail.

Mid-Rail Stop with Shock

The MRAA7022 Mid-Rail Stop with Shock mounts inside of the RAD7510 series rail. Typically used to separate the working area of a bridge or runway and/ or to prevent the bridge from over travel. The MRAA7022 Mid-Rail Stop with Shock absorbs up to 141 ft. lbs. of striking force from the load trolley to reduce the impact on the mid-rail stop.

Mid-Rail Stop

Knight Global’s MRAA7511 attaches inside of the RAD7510 series rail. Typically used to separate the working area of a bridge or runway and/ or to prevent the bridge from over travel. Knight recommends the MRAA7022 Mid-Rail Stop with Shock for applications with high cycle times and/or all Telescoping Bridge and Servo System applications.

Redundant End Cap

Knight Global’s MRAS7533 Redundant End Cap attaches to the end of the RAD7510 series rail. It is primarily used to prevent an end truck or load trolley from exiting the rail. Knight recommends the MRAA7022 End Cap with Shock for applications with high cycle times and/or all Telescoping Bridge and Servo System applications.

Mid-Rail Stop with Shock

Knight Global’s MRAA6022 mounts to the inside of the RAD6110 series rail. Typically used to separate the working area of a bridge or runway and/ or to prevent the bridge from over travel. The MRAA6022 mid-rail stop with shock absorbs up to 229 ft. lbs. of striking force from the load trolley to reduce the impact on the mid-rail stop.
