Knight Global’s RMD4113 is used in conjunction with the rail system hose management kits to create the systems festooning to supply air to the tooling or end effectors.
End Cap with Shock
The MRAA4805 attaches to the end of the RAD7510 Series Rail. Absorbs up to 229 ft. lbs. of striking force from the load trolley to reduce the impact on the end cap. Required for applications using a Telescoping Bridge, Servo Hoist, or where the load trolley will frequently contact the end of the rail.
End Cap
The MRAA4804 End Cap attaches to the end of the RAD7510 Series Rail. Not to be used as a primary stop for the rail.
Hose Trolley with Cable Saddle
Knight Global’s MRMA4815 Hose Trolley with Cable Saddle supports the electrical festooning for Knight’s RAD7510 Series Overhead Aluminum Rail Systems. It has velcro straps that allow for fast and easy installation of electrical cables. The MRMA4815 can support up to 2 in. cables or hoses.

Hose Trolley
Knight Global’s MRMA4814 Hose Trolley carries festooning on Knight’s RAD7510 Series Overhead Aluminum Rail Systems. When using Knight’s MRMA4814 Hose Trolley alternate the “U” bolts from inside to outside when installing the festoon hose, this will allow for minimal stack-up lengths. Knight Hose Trolleys are manufactured from commercial grade pickled and oiled hot rolled steel with a tensile strength of ± 49 ksi
