E-Float Hoist™
Knight’s E-Float Hoist™ is a high-performance servo hoist designed for flexible and efficient material handling. It includes Knight’s intuitive Float Mode without requiring an inline load cell. Its design is very low-profile, reducing stack-up and making it an ideal solution for environments where space is limited. The hoist supports a maximum lifting capacity of up to 300 lbs.
The hoist features a sealed gearbox that ensures durability and smooth operation. Its structure is modular, allowing for quick and easy access during inspections or maintenance, should it ever be required.
E-Float Hoists are available in multiple configurations, offering the choice to lift with link chain or wire rope, controlling the lift in float mode, or one of the several pendant handle options. Additionally, there is an option to order an E-Float Hoist+, which offers added features such as custom tooling integration, custom programming, and I/O capabilities.
Designed with both performance and user experience in mind, the E-Float Hoist’s advanced diagnostics and fault monitoring system ensure reliability and easy troubleshooting, making it a robust solution for demanding industrial applications.
