Splice Kit
The MRHA7503 Splice Kit is a bolt-on kit that provides easier access to the head bolts. While cross bolts are supplied and Knight suggests their use on every other hanger as a minimum, they are required when:
A) Local Safety Regulations/ Specifications dictate their use and
B) when a Knight Splice Kit is used and/ or when a Knight Hanger is used
Add-On Access Gate
Knight Global’s MRAA7570 allows for the maintenance and/ or inspection of a load trolley while it is still in the rail. Typically used on existing applications where an access gate is needed. Knight’s MRAA7570 Add-On Access Gate is a bolt-on kit; but may require the cutting of the rail on existing rail application installations. (New rail installations would come pre-cut for the
Integrated Access Gate
The MRAA7560 Integrated Access Gate Allows for the maintenance and/ or inspection of a load trolley while it is still in the rail. It is integrated into the existing rail at the customers specified location.
Telescoping Rail
Travels along Knight’s RAD7510 series rail. Provides an extended reach beyond the working limits of the bridge. The MRES7522 is typically used in applications that need to reach around a column, underneath mezzanines, shelving, into adjacent workstations, or to transfer parts into an equipment opening. Each Telescoping Bridge must be engineered for reach and capacity requirements.
Single Limit Switch Brackets
Knight Global’s GMA1105 Single Limit Switch Brackets attaches to the RAD4110 and RAD7510 Series Rail. The brackets allow the for the attachment of a Single Omron Limit Switch (SOLD Separately) that prevents the workstation crane system from going past pre-defined limits such as; End of travel (EOT) Limits, Pick-up Locations, Drop-Off Locations, and Home Positions.

Knight Global’s GMA1104 Single Limit Switch attaches to the RAD4110 and RAD7510 Series Rail and is typically used to prevent the workstation crane system from going past pre-defined limits such as; End of travel (EOT) Limits, Pick-up Locations, Drop-Off Locations, and Home Positions. The GMA1104 Single Limit Switch will trigger an electric signal whenever a system reaches the pre-determined point of travel.
