Extended Stack I-Beam Hanger (7in-11in Flange)
Used for Direct or Offset Loads and suspends Knight’s RAD4110, RAD6110, or RAD7510 Series Aluminum Rail Systems. The MRHS42185 hanger has up to 2.0″ of vertical adjustability. When using this I-Beam Hanger, structural steel can be run perpendicular OR parallel to the Knight rail system.
Extended Stack I-Beam Hanger (2in-7in Flange)
Used for Direct or Offset Loads and suspends Knight’s RAD4110, RAD6110, or RAD7510 Series Aluminum Rail Systems. The MRHS40385 hanger has up to 2.0″ of vertical adjustability. When using this I-Beam Hanger, structural steel can be run perpendicular OR parallel to the Knight rail system.

Extreme Low Profile Parallel Rigid Hanger with Safety Cable Kit
The MRHS4503 Extreme Low Profile Parallel Rigid Hanger with NICORWA4133 Safety Cable kit is used for Direct Loads Only. It suspends Knight’s RAD4110, RAD6110, or RAD7510 Series Aluminum Rail Systems. When using Knight’s MRHS4503 Hanger, structural steel can only be run parallel to the Knight rail system.
The Safety Cable Kit is included and consists of (2) Copper Oval Sleeves, (2) cable
Extreme Low Profile Perpendicular Rigid Hanger with Safety Cable Kit
The MRHS4500 Extreme Low Profile Perpendicular Hanger with NICORWA4133 Safety Cable kit is used for Direct Loads Only. It suspends Knight’s RAD4110, RAD6110, or RAD7510 Series Aluminum Rail Systems. When using Knight’s MRHS4500 Hanger, structural steel can only be run perpendicular to the Knight rail system.
The Safety Cable Kit is included and consists of (2) Copper Oval Sleeves, (2) cable thimbles

Knight Global’s NICORWA4133 Safety Cable Kit prevents pneumatic balancers or fixtures from separating or falling from the overhead mounted trolleys, end trucks, or hangers in the event of an accident.
Replaces the CAMIRWA4133 Safety Cable Kit.
Fixed End Cable Saddle
The MRMA4304 is a fixed hose management cable saddle. It supports the electric or pneumatic festooning for the overhead rail systems. The Fixed End Cable Saddle can be used with Knight’s RAD7510, RAD6110 and RAD4110 Series Rail. The MRMA4304 does not allow for any pivoting of the saddle. The Velcro straps allow for fast and easy installation of hoses.
Straight Hose Management for Runways
The MRMS4310 hose management kit for straight hoses on a runway will attach straight hose to Knight’s RAD4110, RAD6110 and RAD7510 Series Rail. It supplies air to Pneumatic Balancers, Tractors, Tooling or End Effectors. The kit includes: all brackets, fittings and messenger cable for (1) one runway.
Straight hose and regulator can be purchased separately.
