Tractors

Torque Tubes
Knight’s Torque Tubes are designed to reduce operator fatigue by absorbing torque reaction produced by assembly tools while balancing the tool weight. Torque Tubes use a pneumatic cylinder or spring balancer to achieve zero gravity balancing. Each pneumatic cylinder is supplied with single balance control.

Torque Tubes are most commonly used as tool holders by incorporating Knight’s ASA9518

Servo Hoist Systems
Knight Servo Hoist Systems are user-friendly, Intelligent Assist Devices (IAD) that provide controlled transfers of workloads by enhancing the precision and speed needed for the application. As an extension of an operator’s natural movement, this technology greatly improves the accuracy and repeatability of the application. Additionally, Knight has integrated their servo systems with the advancing technology of Industry 4.0. 

Lift Assists
Knight specializes in custom lift assists and lifting devices for all ergonomic situations. Our design-and-build department works in unison with our customers to create custom tools and system layouts which conform to the specifications of each individual facility. We also create tools and adjust existing technology to fit the needs of our manufacturing clients.

Jib Cranes
Knight Jib Cranes, or Jib Booms, are comprised of single rails rotating on floor mounted posts. They are designed to move effortlessly over expansive tool areas while carrying large capacity loads.

Jib Cranes are an ideal solution for integrating servo hoists, pneumatic balancers, torque tubes and other hoists into a manufacturing facility.

Control Handles
Knight Control Handles come with both horizontal and vertical adjustments along with comfortable ergonomic grips designed to ensure correct operator positioning, making them excellent replacements for non-ergonomic control handles.

Our controls come in either pneumatic, electric or a combination of both and can be customized to fit your application needs.
