Hose Management Kits

Knight’s Hose Management Kits provide everything you will need to quickly and efficiently run your pneumatic supply system. We offer hose kits for straight or coiled hose systems and for bridges or runways.

Enclosed Series

Features

Attaches to RAD4110, RAD6110 and RAD7510 Series Rail.
Coiled and Straight Configurations for either Runways or Bridges.
Supplies Air to Pneumatic Balancers, Tractors, Tooling and End Effectors.
Festoon Kit includes:
- Brackets, Fittings and Messenger Cable for (1) one Runway OR (1) one Bridge.
Hose Fitting Diameters: 1/2 in. [12.7mm].

Notes

Kits do not include the Coiled / Straight Hose or Regulator.
The hoses and regulator can be purchased separately.
(1) Hose trolley is used for every 5 ft. [1.5m] of rail length (Straight Hose Only).
Bridge Transition Bracket is provided to ensure the first (2) two coils do not drag on the messenger cable.

Jib Crane Series

Features

Attaches to Knight MJBA2100, MJBA2200, MJBA2300 and MJBA2600 Jib Cranes
Coiled or Coiled Configurations.
Supplies Air to Tooling.
Festoon Kit includes:
- Brackets, Fittings, Regulator, Air Lock-out and Messenger Cable for (1) one Jib Crane.
Hose Fitting Diameters: 1/2 in. [12.7mm].

Notes

Kits do not include the Straight or Coiled Hose.
The hose can be purchased separately.
